Der zehnte Band ist Teil einer fortlaufenden Serie, die die Gastköche des Restaurant Ikarus im Hangar-7 dokumentiert. Über die Jahre entsteht so eine Sammlung internationaler Küchen und individueller Handschriften.

Die fotografische Arbeit folgt diesem Ansatz. Jedes Gericht wird klar und reduziert gezeigt, eingebettet in eine Bildfolge, die die Vielfalt der Serie sichtbar macht und gleichzeitig eine durchgehende Linie bewahrt.
